    Derigennem skabes der et fællesejerskab for virksomhedens innovationsambitioner og -aktiviteter på tværs af virksomhedens funktioner og stakeholders. Og virksomheden efterlades med en klar retning og tydelige prioriteter til den efterfølgende implementering.

    Og selvom det lyder banalt, så er en af de vigtigst opgaver for en virksomheds ledergruppe at prioritere og fokusere deres innovationsindsats, hvilket betyder fravalg i lige så høj grad som tilvalg.

    We have personally seen the impact and effect of both a consumer crafted innovation brief (read: the right approach) as well as one crafted to fit a pre-defined, production-fitting, please-don’t-challenge-what-we-allready-know-and-do brief (read: Sorry, but I am not a fan!!!)

    Were the consumer crafted innovation brief focus on solving a specific consumer need or challenge, it automaticly starts the innovation thinking in problem solving rather than solution-fitting. It has the ability to tacle the challenge from a 360 perspective, where you can bring multible options and dimensions into play: product, packaging, communication, business model, process, production and more.

    That is why, we always start by understanding the needs and barriers of the consumers, in order to define a innovation brief, which makes sense and brings value for the company…because it is not a question of ignoring the company capabilities and scope. It just can’t be the starting point for the ideation and innovation.

    “We” are Me!

    Andreas Kjær Thomsen, Founder and Innovator of CCG Innovation.

    An innovative soul with a 18+ year strong track record of working with Innovation and Marketing within large and medium size organizations such as The LEGO Group, Danish Crown Foods, Arla Food and Grundfos.

    During my many years, I have worked throughout the full Innovation and Marketing value chain and for several years in leading positions, heading up innovation teams and projects.

    On the side I have taught at university level and delivered Key Note Presentations about a wide range of topics such as Consumer Centric Innovation, How to get started with Innovation and Leveraging Left Brain/Right Brain Innovation.

    I believe strongly in my approach to drive effective and impactful innovation projects and processes, which has been my main driver for establishing CCG Innovation. As I want to impact broader, more people and more businesses.

    …but why do I then say “we”!

    Because I don’t do it alone. I pull on large network of partners and freelancers, with complementary skills, strong and unique capabilities. A network, I have built over years and continue to expand in order to secure the best team for the task.
